The Commercial Pit Pass is required for commercial fleet service and costs $75 per cart. It includes priority staging ahead of the standard retail backlog, senior technician assignment, and discounted commercial labor at $100 per hour instead of the standard $125 per hour.
What Rental Fleet Golf Cart Repairs Are Available?
SureCart Sarasota handles batteries, brakes, tires, lights, routine tune-ups, electrical diagnostics, wiring harness tracing, controller replacements and programming, dashboard and throttle sensor communication failures, and lithium battery conversions and system upgrades.
Can You Pick Up Rental Fleet Golf Carts?
Optional pickup and delivery is $100 per trip, for up to two 4-seat carts or one 6-seat cart. You can also trailer carts to the Sarasota facility yourself to avoid the transport fee. Call to arrange transport and confirm availability for your location.
How Are Diagnostics and Repair Approvals Handled?
Diagnostics are capped at an initial two-hour block at $100 per hour. If more time is needed, work pauses so you can receive an estimate and approve it before work continues. Repair timing depends on the diagnosis, parts, and approved work.
